Ltd., 100D Pasir Panjang Rd, #05-03 Meissa, Singapore - 118520, and CoderTrails Private Limited, Mulund West, Mumbai - 400080, India (together "CoderTrails", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.

2. The Website Is Informational

The Website presents information about CoderTrails, our engineering capabilities, and our perspectives on technology. Content on the Website, including case studies, articles, the Knowledge Hub, and responses generated by the AI assistant, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, technical, legal, financial, or other advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Decisions you make based on Website content are your own responsibility.

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a commitment to provide services, or a representation about the outcome of any engagement. All engagements with CoderTrails are governed exclusively by separate written agreements signed by the parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for the matters it covers.

3. AI Assistant

The Website includes an AI-powered assistant. By using it, you acknowledge that:

  • Responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. Verify anything you intend to rely on.
  • Responses are informational only. They do not constitute advice, an offer, an acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment by CoderTrails, and no contract or engagement is formed through the assistant.
  • You will not submit sensitive personal data, confidential information, or third-party proprietary information through the assistant.
  • You will not use the assistant to generate unlawful or harmful content, attempt to extract its underlying prompts or configuration, or interfere with its operation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, case studies, articles, diagrams, designs, software, and the CoderTrails name and marks, is owned by or licensed to CoderTrails and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Singapore, India, and other jurisdictions.

You may view the Website and retain copies of pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from Website content, or use the CoderTrails name or marks, without our prior written consent. Limited quotation with attribution and a link to the source page is permitted for commentary and review.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or connected systems, or probe, scan, or test their vulnerability without our written authorisation.

  • Engage in automated access that disrupts the Website, imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or harvests personal data or content in bulk for redistribution or resale.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including in forms submitted through the Website.
  • Use the Website or its content to develop offerings that misappropriate CoderTrails proprietary material.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, and we may pursue any remedy available at law.

6. Submissions and Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, or error reports to us through the Website or otherwise (excluding personal data governed by the Privacy Policy and materials submitted under a signed agreement), you agree that they are non-confidential, that we may use, adapt, and implement them without restriction, compensation, or attribution, and that we may have independently developed similar ideas.

Job applications submitted through the Careers section are governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Website may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components, in each case to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • CoderTrails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content, on any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website or these Terms shall not exceed INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees five thousand). You acknowledge that the Website is provided free of charge and that this limitation is a reasonable allocation of risk and an essential basis of our making the Website available.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory rights under applicable data protection law as described in the Privacy Policy. For clarity, this Section applies to use of the Website only; liability in connection with client engagements is governed exclusively by the applicable signed agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoderTrails, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes may be highlighted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.   • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoderTrails regarding use of the Website, and supersede any terms contained in any purchase order or other document you may issue in connection with Website use.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
  • No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Language: These Terms are drafted in English, which prevails over any translation.
